We reworked the website and the application platform of the contemporary art association Jeune Création based in Paris. 

A preparatory UX research work was done with artists from previous years to improve the participation process, but also with future candidates. 

The main problem was that the administrators could not use the website to select their artists but physically meet to make the selection by printing all the candidates’ files. 
So we proposed an interface allowing the rating and selection of artists through an administrator panel. 



But also a chat, and other features to anticipate in advance the future needs of administrators.
