Automated rating via chatbot
Challenge
Adding an automation for course grading once the training is completed via chatbot.
Result
Creation of a grading interface via chatbot, realization of interactive illustration.
Launch
The bot notifies the user one hour after the end of the training. In order to know if he wants to share his opinion.
If the user chooses to give his opinion then the bot first proposes the rating. And if he doesn’t want to, the bot goes to another loop to end the conversation.
The user can then move the cursor to note the training
Once the score is chosen, the bot can propose additional custom questions (open or not) in order to learn more and to collect useful feedback to improve the training.
The classic loop of the bot then resumes once the scoring steps are completed.
